We are 3rd Generation REALTORS® who come from a long line of successful real estate professionals – It’s in our blood! Our grandfather has been a real estate broker and investor since the 50’s. Our mother was a Realtor when we were children and has been a home loan lender for the past 20 years. We were born in Whittier, CA and it is still our home today. We own our own boutique brokerage in Whittier, are masters of the local market, top REALTORS® in the community, investors and developers.
Real estate is our passion and beyond striving for high quality work, we truly desire to connect with our clients on a personal level, leave a positive impact beyond the sale, and become lifelong friends and advisors.

Sergio "Del" Delgadillo
Grandpa “Del” was training us for real estate since we were 4 and 6 years old!
Paul & Taisa Purunjian
My Grandparents on our Dad’s side were Armenian and Greek. They lived in communist Soviet Union and were placed in a labor camp by the Germans during WW2 for years. They were sponsored by the Catholic Church to come to the U.S. and ended up in East LA with a group of other Armenians, called DP’s (displaced people). My Grandfather Paul was a barber and my grandmother was a cook. They bought a house, paid it off, and my aunt lives in that home today. My grandfather Paul kissed the ground when he came to this country and would kick people out of the barber shop if they complained about this country. He was a true patriot and they were devout Catholics.
Sergio "Del" and Marie Delgadillo
Grandfather Del was born in Juarez, Mexico. Raised in El Paso, TX, ran away from home when he was 13 speaking only Spanish came to LA and started bussing tables. He retired in his 30’s from real estate. Grandma Marie was the Assistant Treasurer of the Agricultural Department of Los Angeles and kept “the house” in order. They traveled the world and had a great life!
Victor Purunjian
Our Dad is without a doubt one of the most impactful people in our lives. He’s been in the architectural glass business for over 40 years in Greater Los Angeles, has been at the top of his game for decades and is respected in the industry. He has taught us the power of Faith, a strong work ethic, going above and beyond, how to be a people-person and how not to follow the crowd and do things differently. He’s the man!
Lena Purunjian
Our Mom has taught us everything we know! She is tough, wise, has taught us to beat to our own drum, and on a personal note has been a great example of how to love your kids. We are blessed to work with her today. When you work with us, it’s a family affair!

We wanted to share a little background on where we came from and who we are. We love God, we love our country, the United States of America, we love our family, friends, clients, and our community. Real Estate is not a job, it’s part of our identity. We believe it’s our job to elevate our knowledge, impact, and contribution just a hair better than those before us to inspire our kids to do the same. Timeline
- 1950's
Grandpa “Del” becomes a licensed Realtor.
- 1960's
Del becomes a Real Estate Broker and starts Sir Del Realtors - a boutique brokerage which introduced a dress code of gray slacks and charcoal coats with the Sir Del Coat of Arms Logo. He was ahead of his time :)
- 1970's
Del starts World Wide Investments and Financing.
- 1979
Lena (The Mom) became a licensed Realtor.
- 1998
Lena starts funding home loans.
- 2004
Paul became a licensed Realtor.
- 2010
Paul becomes a Real Estate Broker.
- 2012
Tiffany became a licensed Realtor.
- 2016
Paul & Tiffany Real Estate Company is formed.
- 2022
Grandpa Del passed away at 89 years old. His legacy continues...
